Glenkinchie Single Malt Whisky - 12 year old Scotch

Glenkinchie Single Malt Whisky, also known as "the Edinburgh malt" is a 12 year old Scotch that is carefully distilled at Glenkinchie distillery in the Lowlands region: Pencaitland, Scotland.

It has a gold/caramel color and on the nose is very aromatic I get the barely malt, flowers perfume and a hint of honey.

It has a very fruity palate with a hint of fresh herbs and a warm and dry finish. This whisky is sweet and very easy to drink, perfect as an aperitif or for a relax evening with a view.

It costs about $72 and it might be too sweet for some palates but it is for sure a whisky everyone should try.
